The Co-operative Film Festival logo

Would you like to see your work shown on the big screen, to an audience of co-operators from all over the world? This year’s Co-operative Film Festival will take place in Manchester at the start of November, during the closing celebrations for the International Year of Co-operatives and seeks films made by young people on subjects that matter to them.

You can enter with school or college, a film club or drama group, or just with a
group of friends.

Films, which should last no more than six minutes, must meet the following criteria:

• Entrants have co-operated with each other to make the film.
• Film-making led by young people (19 or under).
• Sound and imagery used in an original and exciting way.

Deadline for entries is Friday 31 August.

The festival is free and open to all young people aged 19 or under, and also offers workshops, masterclasses and advice from film experts.
